Ray has been helping people hear better for over 40 years. He has practiced in: Idaho, Nebraska, Iowa, Texas and New Mexico. Ray opened his first office in Las Cruces, New Mexico in 1985. “Hearing aids have come a long way. It’s been a wonderful adventure watching the industry change and aiding people in their hearing journey.” You can see Ray in the Las Cruces office.
Debbie was first licensed in 1985 and tested hearing in the family’s 1st Las Cruces office. Since then, she took time off to raise a family and returned to the hearing health field in 2015. You can see Debbie in the Las Cruces office.
Tim joined the family business in 2001. He has been serving Southern New Mexico with weekly hearing health centers in Silver City, Deming, T or C, Ruidoso, and Alamogordo. “Some of our patients don’t make it in to Las Cruces very often. I’m happy I can travel to these cities and provide hearing exams, hearing aids, and programming.”
Tim was very informative using technical but too technical wording. Polite in his tone of speaking. Use of graphs was good. Explanation of features and demonstration of controls well done.

Very good visit. Receptionist was very kind and friendly. Doctor was very good and help me understand what was needed to help with tinnitus issue. Although insurance didn't cover what I needed he was very informative and helpful. I would recommend this place if you are having heading issues.
