Tim joined the family business in 2001. He has been serving Southern New Mexico with weekly hearing health centers in Silver City, Deming, T or C, Ruidoso, and Alamogordo. “Some of our patients don’t make it in to Las Cruces very often. I’m happy I can travel to these cities and provide hearing exams, hearing aids, and programming.”
Howard Allman
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Howard Allman is a board certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. He was born in Buffalo and graduated from Butler. As an Air Force Veteran, he served from 1961 to 1968. Howard’s father-in-law started in the business in 1955 and Howard has been in the hearing aid industry since 1969. He enjoys giving the gift of hearing to each and every patient. In his free time, he spends time with his wife Sandy.
Debbie Bamberg-Johnson
Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist
Debbie was first licensed in 1985 and tested hearing in the family’s 1st Las Cruces office. Since then, she took time off to raise a family and returned to the hearing health field in 2015. You can see Debbie in the Las Cruces office.
Ray Bamberg
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Ray has been helping people hear better for over 40 years. He has practiced in: Idaho, Nebraska, Iowa, Texas and New Mexico. Ray opened his first office in Las Cruces, New Mexico in 1985. “Hearing aids have come a long way. It’s been a wonderful adventure watching the industry change and aiding people in their hearing journey.” You can see Ray in the Las Cruces office.
Denise Power
Office Manager
Denise has worked with the team since 2003. Her friendly, knowledgeable presence in the office keeps everything running smoothly. You can see Denise in Las Cruces for anything from hearing aid cleaning to insurance questions.

You will find Stephanie at our Roswell office. She received her BA from New Mexico State and is excited to help everyone in Roswell to hear better.
